Tigerfish is headed by two key directors:

Julie Noble

Julie is Tigerfish’s managing director. She continues to teach at a high level and is in charge of screening and recruiting other trainers.

Julie’s qualifications and experience include:

	MA from Oxford University in Modern Languages
	12 years business experience
	3 years one-to-one director level teaching experience

	BA in Business Management from Aston Business School
	15 years business experience, up to Board level
	Training experience at some of the largest blue-chip companies in the world, including Procter & Gamble
